I have to admit though that I am a little envious. I am grateful to have the opportunity to experience pregnancy and childbirth first-hand, but it really was completely amazing when we held Gage for the first time right after he was born. I just don't think it will be the same when I am the one who has to do the work to bring our little boy into the world. I am afraid that I will be distracted by the pain and suffering of childbirth and won't get to really enjoy those first moments with Brigg that I cherished so much with Gage.
